How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Advise clients on navigating complex ESG regulations and reporting frameworks, ensuring compliance while driving meaningful sustainability progress.

  • Engage with senior stakeholders to offer strategic guidance and innovative solutions that drive measurable environmental and social impact.

  • Take ownership of projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality, actionable recommendations that contribute to long-term client success.

  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable consulting by contributing to new service offerings, market growth, and thought leadership in the sustainability field.

  • Contribute to a dynamic and innovative team at the forefront of sustainable consulting, making a tangible impact on the global sustainability landscape.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about sustainability and has a strong foundation in environmental practices and business acumen. The ideal candidate will bring a diverse skill set to complement our team.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • A Master’s degree in fields such as Business Administration, Climate and Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Anthropology, Communication, Accounting, Law, Data Science, Economics, or a related area.

  • A keen interest in ESG and sustainability trends both globally and locally.

  • Relevant work experience.

  • Knowledge of sustainability-specific topics, including regulations, standards, and protocols across any of the ESG areas (Environmental, Social, or Governance).

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in English, with Danish language skills being a plus but not required.

  • Ambitious, eager to learn, and driven to succeed.
