As a Senior Energy Engineer at Arup, You Will:
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders and be responsible for the following:
Preparing designs, drawings, calculations, and Bills of Quantities (BoQs).
Conducting calculations and preparing reports during the concept, preliminary, and detailed design phases within an energy discipline.
Producing technical due diligence and energy yield assessment reports.
Identifying and understanding customer needs based on the provided technical specifications.
Assisting in the proposal preparation process.
Supporting business development and maintaining client relationships.
Maintaining technical collaboration with all project team members and external consultants to ensure timely and quality project delivery within budget.

A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electrical Electronics, Energy Systems, or Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
A Master’s degree in the energy field is preferred.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
At least 10 years of design and advisory experience in renewable energy (especially solar and/or wind power plants) projects, in Türkiye or internationally.
Professional experience in technical due diligence services is a plus.
Experience working in a multinational, English-speaking environment.
Ability to interface and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
A team player with a results-oriented approach, and excellent planning and organizational skills.
Ability to develop and maintain good client relationships, with a willingness to grow in an international environment.
Extensive knowledge of Turkish and international energy codes, regulations, and processes.
Motivation and initiative, with an interest in technical topics.
Flexibility in working hours.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, windPRO, PVSyst, or similar applications.
No travel restrictions (national and international).
For male candidates, military service must be completed.
