Key Responsibilities
You will take the lead in managing and executing sustainability projects while collaborating across various service lines. Your focus will be on advisory and assurance engagements related to sustainability, business transformation, and systems implementation. You’ll apply subject matter expertise to develop thought leadership and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Your core responsibilities will include overseeing and implementing the following ESG-related services under a global delivery framework:
- ESG/sustainability reporting
- Sustainability assurance
- Sustainability strategy development
- ESG impact evaluations
- ESG due diligence
- Sustainable supply chain practices
As a Manager, you’ll be expected to exhibit strong leadership and team management capabilities, including:
- Fostering a positive, collaborative work environment
- Effectively balancing team workloads while meeting client demands
- Delivering timely, constructive feedback to support team growth
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- A graduate or post-graduate degree in business, engineering, or a related field from a reputable institution
- Minimum 8 years of experience for graduates and 5 years for postgraduates, preferably in consulting, think tanks, or sustainability and environmental domains
- Hands-on experience in ESG reporting, strategy, assurance, impact assessment, due diligence, and supply chain sustainability
- Proven skills in team and project management, problem-solving, and analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Flexibility and readiness to travel at short notice when required
