We are looking to onboard Associates and Senior Associates to join our Sustainability Strategy & Transformation team. Ideal candidates will bring a specialized focus in the following areas:

1. Deep knowledge of greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting across Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions

2. Hands-on experience in executing and leading decarbonization projects that deliver measurable GHG reductions

3. A strong technical foundation in net-zero and decarbonization strategies, particularly in sectors such as TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecom), Automotive, Industrial, and Consumer Goods

4. Demonstrated team leadership experience, including mentoring and project oversight

5. Established connections within the sustainability and ESG ecosystem

6. A growth-oriented mindset with a clear drive to take on leadership responsibilities in the sustainability space

Core Competencies (Required):

• Net-Zero strategy development and execution

• Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting frameworks

• GHG emissions accounting and sustainability data analysis

• Prior experience in sustainability or ESG consulting

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication abilities and executive presence

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated capabilities in team development and collaboration

• Experience in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management

Experience & Education Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in sustainability consulting or a related domain

• Educational Background: B.Tech degree combined with an MBA
