Design and execute best practices to enhance the efficiency and quality of services provided to both internal teams and external clients.
Contribute to the strategic and operational planning of Waste initiatives, aligning with goals across the West, Central, and East regions.
Cultivate industry relationships to build connections with Waste technical professionals and clients in target markets.
Assist in preparing qualifications and promotional content for Waste-to-Energy (WTE) projects.
Organize necessary health and safety training programs for WTE professionals to ensure safe, compliant, and effective field operations.
Support business development efforts, including client engagement, scope definition, budget planning, and contract negotiations.
Conduct quality assurance reviews and serve as a technical expert as needed.
Stay informed about advancements in WTE and waste conversion technologies through research and market trend analysis.
Lead and bill project work on WTE-related assignments.
Serve as Project Manager or Principal on WTE teams and participate in project execution.
Contribute to recruitment by interviewing candidates, identifying top talent, and supporting retention of key WTE personnel.
Perform other tasks as needed to support overall market sector development.
Master’s degree in Engineering or related scientific field.
At least 10 years of technical experience, including team coordination for WTE facility planning, analysis, and construction.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Adaptability and ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Background in marketing, including leading workshops, presentations, proposal writing, and strategic planning.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
10+ years of relevant industry experience, including 5+ years in project management.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project; MS Access is a plus.
Proven leadership, business development, and strategic planning capabilities.
