Role Overview

As an Associate, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team dedicated to resolving complex business challenges—ranging from strategy development to hands-on execution. You’ll contribute across multiple workstreams and sectors, applying consulting expertise to drive meaningful results for clients.

Core Responsibilities

• Business Development: Support opportunity identification and contribute to proposal development and client acquisition efforts.
• Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor in addressing their strategic and operational challenges.
• Project Execution: Lead or support the delivery of consulting and advisory projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Operational Oversight: Contribute to financial tracking and performance, including aspects of P&L accountability.
• Subject-Matter Expertise: Apply deep domain knowledge in key areas including:
  • Decarbonization strategies
  • Carbon capture technologies
  • Green hydrogen solutions
  • Low-carbon and net-zero initiatives
  • Energy storage systems
  • Sustainability and climate change response

Essential Skill Requirements

• Experience in consulting with a strong foundation in:
  • Decarbonization and climate strategies
  • Green Hydrogen and Carbon Capture
  • Energy Storage and Low-Carbon Solutions
  • Sustainability transformation programs

Qualifications

• Educational Background: B.Tech with an MBA
