Job Description:
Role
Collaborate with client stakeholders and provide integrated research support, including pre-investment ESG due diligence and ad hoc ESG research tasks such as sustainability reports, sector/regulation summaries, slide preparation, and database management.
Assist with project planning, execution, and internal coordination to ensure timely delivery of final outputs.
Maintain and update the client’s proprietary ESG database.
Demonstrate a positive attitude, and the ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Prior knowledge of ESG/Sustainability and credit research is advantageous.
Guide and mentor junior team members.
Skills:
Ability to analyze companies by sector and conduct due diligence based on ESG disclosures and publicly available information.
Familiarity with materiality concepts and ESG reporting standards like SASB, TCFD, etc.
Deliver high-quality ESG research and demonstrate strong analytical capabilities for ad hoc requests.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, alongside client relationship management expertise.
